Prior to demerger in late 2019, Prudential Plc had its HQ in London, providing services worldwide, spearheaded by Prudential UK and M&G Investments in the UK and Europe, Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA) in Asia, Jackson and PPMAmerica in the USA, with a growing market presence in Africa.

Simply Aura worked primarily with Prudential’s Group HR function, supporting their Executive Leadership Development suite, alongside other internal initiatives in Training & Development, D&I, Talent Management and Succession Planning.

Since the business’ demerger, Prudential Plc HQ has been relocated to Hong Kong. Whilst our support is no longer BAU, we still support with a number of initiatives, inclusive of their annual Talent Review.
